Here is the slowed down version of my Brased Beef Shank aka. Osso Buco for everyone who had to squint to keep up with the first version. Hope you guys enjoy. Remember this recipe can be made with lamb or other cuts of meat. You can use white wine instead of red or omit it completely and replace with broth if you don’t like alcohol.
