Roast beef sandwich 🥪 - Cajun Cooking Mommy

Stacking the roast beef high for French dip sandwich!!! I used 5-8 lbs eye of round -rub with Worcester sauce as a binder, any of your favourite bbq rub and added Montreal steak spice, rosemary, thyme (recipe below) it created a nice crust and full of flavour. -I set my @nexgrill at 300 degrees and set a hot/cool zone I cooked the meat on the cool zone until it hit 130 degrees internal temp then finished it off for a few minutes over hot zone to give it a nice crust total cook time about 2 hours
