Transition from Cruiser to Sport Bike

Spilled some gas on my motorcycle, will it be okay? | Sport Bikes
2024年10月5日 · Since the bike has been sitting for a few hours now, most of the spilled gas will have evaporated. Just to be safe, you can give the area another wipe-down with a dry cloth and make sure there’s no lingering smell of gas or any puddles around the clip-ons or under the tank.

difference between sportbike and supersport | Sport Bikes
2008年4月13日 · I still haven't figured out if my CBR F4 is a supersport or sport bike. Because of the banana seat it looks almost more like a YZF or something from around 99 but in every old article I find from around 99 that has a "Superbike Shootout" or whatever kind of comparison, its always there representing Honda (and usually gets 1st or 2nd place too).

2005年6月2日 · Heres my bike with a Motorcycle jack lift from kragens for $50. I put a dictionary under the pads so the jack won't lift on the fairing but on the headers. You will need tie downs to stabalize the bike. Not quick enough to use at the track …

Lowering a Sportbike, yes or no? | Sport Bikes
2008年7月6日 · The first bike I had was lowered cause the previous owner was a short guy. I replaced the dog bones and lifted it back to stock. Lowering the bike closer to the ground does effect the handling slightly in the curves of the roadway. And so does stretching one.
How often should you change your sprockets/chain? | Sport Bikes
2008年6月6日 · I have just over 26k miles on my FZ6. I have owned it since it had 15k on the odometer. I have not changed the chain or sprockets since I had the bike, I figure it is about time. How often do you guys change yours? I am thinking of sticking with the stock rear sprocket and chain size, but I want to go to a 15t in the front.

If you've logged 10-15K miles I'd think you could ride any 600 you want. Throttle control and braking, along with situational awareness are all skills you probably have at this point. So get whatever 600 you like ...
