So like if you have three Bards, one uses Ballad, one uses Paeon and one uses Minuet, I think the party list will display Minuet as being on your party members since it was the most recently played. The buff icon will also quickly move between Ballad / Paeon / Minuet ...

Archer Lv 44. you have a song for regen TP, a song for regen PM but cost 20% dps less.... you should use your song when it's the most important moment... when a mage are out of pm or just you if you have not enought TP for attack... there's many time you should use your song just be attentive to the situation.

However, when trying to do the standard opener, there is a chance that wanderer's minuet may not go off (unless you're spamming it) since bard is not considered in combat until half a gcd in after using one of their DoTs ...

MP didn't refresh unless you were resting, which means the healer and black mages had to sit and rest between each fight. Bard circumvented that with ballad, eliminating the need to rest between fights and therefore increasing exp gained over time.
