The following procedure is a guide for the installation and removal of a Salco Products Vacuum Relief Valve (VRV). This procedure applies to both 1 1⁄2” and 2 1⁄2” threaded vacuum relief valves. Ensure threads and valve body are clean and free of debris in order to assure proper thread engagement.
