2017年5月6日 · Slime spawners were working fine before but lately a player on my server has been afking at his Slime farm (with slime spawners) and noticed they aren't spawning. So I tried placing them in multiple areas around the world and they didn't work either. His farm is in a Slime chunk though which should always spawn slimes. I'm not sure the issue.

2017年5月6日 · I placed slime spawners and slimes spawned. So the seed should be fine. I've also tested it with a different seed and found a slime chunk using: link. The slime spawner spawned slimes. In conclusion, both seeds worked fine for spawning slimes in slime chunks. The part that really confuses me is it was working fine for most of the time.

2020年5月20日 · For whatever reason, whether they are vanilla spawners or from a plugin, ALL slime spawners refuse to spawn slimes on a spigot server. I think this might be because it requires a slime chunk, but if that was the case, what would even be the point of getting a slime spawner in the first place.

I suggest adding a config option to allow Slime Spawners to spawn in any chunk and to also make it so Slime Spawners will work at any Y level (maybe config option for this too? Could allow server owners to customise a min/max Y level? -1 could be for any level?)
