Most say "strict bedrest", and the recommended range is as low as 3 days, and up to about 8 weeks! Most reputable sources do say 5-10 days.

2018年6月4日 · I've had some dizziness in the past with anxiety/stress disorder so I didn't think much of it. So, looking back it SEEMS like it started that night, that moment. This was the only reason I stumbled upon this idea of Fistula. Other details:-The balance and everything else seems a bit better at night. (Though my anxiety behaves this way too.)

2022年12月28日 · Back in 2019, a perilymph fistula during a free diving incident resulting in high-frequency unilateral SSNL hearing loss in >6000 Hz and corresponding tinnitus. Fortunately, the problem resolved itself, at least perceptively; whether from healing or habituation over the course of several months, my tinnitus appears to resolve.
