Even if you get a little extra growth, you still have quite a ways to reach your goal, so you might as well have fun along the way. My hair grows roughly 1/2" a month (plus with the wurls it seems like less), and 2 1/2 years ago my hair was chin length.

For instance, my sister is forever telling me to cut my hair. I also went for a salon visit when I was quite young and the hair dresser cut off about 5" of my hair - My hair wasn't suppose to be cut.

I got a shoulder length cut when I was ten and I hated it so much that I literally spent years keeping my hair in a bun and the next thing I knew (when I finally wore it down) I was at tailbone! Now, I'm obsessed with it lol.
Does anyone here feel like they might not 'suit' long hair?

网页2014年1月22日 · Re: Curly girl for 1c/2a hair. I can't see why you couldn't. If your hair is M/C you'd probably benefit from it, even if your hair isn't immediately apparent as curly. When I was CO'ing a few years back, my hair went from 2a to 3a pretty quickly! Don't quote me on this as I'm not an expert but this comic shows a plopping tutorial.
