2023年3月31日 · I don’t believe over fermenting has useful meaning. You should ferment to your taste. Kefir is going to separate left long enough. The only thing possibly harmful with allowing separation is if it stresses the grains. However, it is not going to hurt you. If you don’t want your kefir to separate, strain before it occurs.

Very high in carbs. Only drink 1 cup per day, or maybe 1 in the morning & one before bed. Feel pretty good & cozy after consuming.
