Jun 20, 2014 · Now plug the USB dongle in and manually upgrade the driver. ie go into device manager and locate the dongle, select properties etc to manually upgrade the driver. Point Windows to the sub diirectory where the driver is residing and you should be good to go.

Aug 4, 2019 · If you lost your dongle buying a new dongle won't help, every dongle is connected to 1 headset, my headset was stolen but I had everything else just not the headset, I bought the same headset and tried if the dongle worked and it did not. So you'll need to buy a new headset.. I know the feeling spent €200 on the same product.

May 2, 2022 · 4- Since the dongle wasn't connected to the mouse, it wasn't able to update the firmware. On the same screen there was a button called Pair ou Reconnect, something like this. (click on it) 5- The software asked to turn off the mouse, and press the DPI button on the same time that you turned on your mouse on the dongle option.

Corsair Virtuoso blinking red, not turning on
Apr 23, 2020 · Works fine in wired mode. The dongle shows up in iCUE, but the headset only shows up in wired mode. The dongle option to "initiate" for the pairing is greyed out, and the headset option to "pair" just bring up a dialog box that says "Ensure that the Wireless Receiver is inserted into your system. Pairing will start soon" indefinitely.
