2024年3月4日 · What's the deal with Alastor's cane? Discussion. So we know from ep 8 that the cane is what gives Alastor the radio filter, because when it broke he clearly didn't have it. But, in ep 7, during Ready For This, Al gives Charlie his cane. But Charlie doesn't get the filter, and Alastor was still clearly talking with the filter on.

Alastor clearly had something go wrong with his powers. It could be his pact limits he had yet to reach and reached them during the fight. Or something else caused a malfunction beyond simply Adam breaking his cane. I truly think Alastor was strong enough to beat him without a cap, I simply think he didnt understand the limit of his power cap.
