As a fan of the dynasty warriors games, I can't recommend 9 Empires. Some people are saying it does better than DW9 but that's arguable. The game baits you into thinking you have many choices to make in the Empires menu, but in the end, you can win your campaigns without managing at all the ressources you can get with your different choices.
