2024年3月4日 · Noticed this morning my throat was a little sore (primarily on the right side), some discomfort swallowing. I examined the inside of my mouth and noticed a small white pimple on palatoglossal arch. Same side i feel the soreness. The arch appears to be red and swollen, too. Other side appears normal. What can it be?
