(The "Flexipass" is the one that costs $10, so if you are looking for free viewing--and no reason not to--then don't choose the Flexipass.)

You've got the beautiful mall in the same complex; TimeSquare not very far, or take the High Line to the Whitney Museum; among other things. Morning hours are less congested but night time is truly special for the sunset and the magnificent night-time views. If you're averse to the heat, nighttime hours are also more comfortable. Enjoy!
