A 2.5 year old would love it. The museum has activities for all ages. When our grandchildren were that age, we participated with them (eg building with with magnets, making a train track).

The Moccasin Trail exhibit is located on the third floor and includes, most notably, our replica of a Native American longhouse. This structure was built just as it would have been over two hundred and fifty years ago (saving a few updated safety features). Visitors are free to play inside the long house, built a pretend fire, and read books and articles pertaining to the everyday life of Native Americans. The exhibit also contains a miniature replica of an Iroquois settlement and a dugout canoe.
